Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
