Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in San Francisco is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver warm, knowledgeable service and build lasting client relationships using our banking solutions and digital tools.

You will meet clients in-branch and by phone, understand their financial needs, promote products, and work with a team of experts to provide thoughtful recommendations while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Licenses must be obtained through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
