Job summary

The role requires a sales mindset, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Training on licensing and compliance will be provided as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with tailored product explanations.
• Proven ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining risk controls.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; licensing requirements to follow.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
