Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in a branch, delivering warm hospitality and using banking solutions to meet client needs. You will welcome clients, build trust, and guide them to appropriate products and technology tools.

You will work to understand financial needs, consult with clients, and connect them with experts for specialized services, while complying with banking regulations and branch procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products helpful.
• Willingness to learn regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
