JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in New York. You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to provide thoughtful solutions and excellent service.

The role emphasizes hospitality, technology adoption, and collaboration with our team of experts to address diverse financial needs while maintaining compliance and risk standards.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
