Truist is seeking a customer-focused Banking Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and personalized service in a branch setting. You will educate clients on digital tools, engage in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to tailor solutions to each client’s financial goals.

The role emphasizes compliance, teamwork, and ongoing product knowledge through training and leadership routines; weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to expand product knowledge and ensure compliance with policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
