Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular, full-time position in the United States. The role focuses on providing timely and efficient client transaction processing, maintaining accurate records, and understanding clients’ financial needs.

Employees are cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) support. Training and product knowledge growth are emphasized as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and identify needs for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
