Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization, concise and clear communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to schedule, prioritize work, and work independently under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering high-touch client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Proactively schedules appointments for consumer account needs and referrals to specialists.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
• Acts as an escalation point and assists with routine requests using standard procedures.
