Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Delivers hospitality-based client experiences aligned to TD's service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and deepens opportunities with clients.
• Ensures compliant and responsible outcomes by balancing client needs with policy and risk awareness.
