Job summary

You will guide clients, process transactions, and refer opportunities to partners to help clients achieve financial goals while maintaining TD's risk standards. The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work varied hours per location.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 1 year of client-facing experience.
  • Volunteer, educational, or military experience can count toward experience.
  • Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Ability to complete required job-related training on hire.
  • Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with concise, clear and consistent delivery.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in daily tasks.
  • Able to schedule and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals.
  • Acts as a hospitality ambassador, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
  • Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust from the first engagement.
  • Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
  • Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
  • Advocates for clients by demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
