Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized client interactions to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to improve convenience.
• Schedules appointments for consumer account needs and connects clients to specialists as needed.
• Maintains compliance with policies and risk standards in daily activities.
