Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, English-speaking teller/customer service associate to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records across branch channels.

You will educate clients on digital self-service options, support sales through outbound outreach, and participate in Integrated Relationship Management initiatives while following internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities or referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
