Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courtesy and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
