Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience required.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Able to use PC and branch automation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions and maintain records.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service solutions.
• Support sales process through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
