Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in the United States. You will handle client transactions accurately, maintain records, and deliver superior service while identifying financial needs. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound calls to support IRM initiatives.

Roles require strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to travel for staffing needs. 1st shift; English proficiency is required. Benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with transactions and needs discovery.
• Educate clients on digital and mobile banking options.
• Support sales with outbound calls and cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in branch routines and ongoing training.
• Maintain correct records and comply with policies.
