Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a regular teller/client service associate to handle client transactions accurately and deliver high-quality service. The role supports sales and IRM activities, including outbound calls and referrals to branch specialists.

Expect to stay current with policies, participate in training, and assist with evolving digital banking initiatives. Weekend and extended hours may be required at times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinct client experience through courteous interactions and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance service experience.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals to appropriate team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
