You will educate clients on digital banking tools, assist with outbound calls, support Integrated Relationship Management, and collaborate with branch teams, following all policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Flexibility for weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
