Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Travel flexibility for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate processing of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs or referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
