Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York hires a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in-branch, delivering welcoming service and leveraging banking solutions to meet client financial needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your knowledge to offer thoughtful product recommendations and digital banking education. The role requires sales experience, exceptional communication, ability to work weekends, and licensing per SIE/FINRA.

Qualifications

• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Bilingual English and Russian required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist with needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult clients and connect them with specialists.
