Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to build lasting client relationships, advise on banking solutions, and provide hospitality with the latest financial technology.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, deliver tailored recommendations, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while helping clients navigate Chase Mobile App and online services.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
