Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States (Naples, FL) is seeking a regular customer service professional to deliver timely, accurate client transactions and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound calls and IRM activities to meet client needs.

You will participate in leadership routines, improve product knowledge through training, and ensure compliance with internal controls while supporting new account openings and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to maintain a consistent service level, handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process via outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge by attending meetings and training classes.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, staying informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling branch demands.
