Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Florida seeks a Regular, full-time Retail Customer Service role. You will complete client transactions accurately, educate clients on digital banking, and contribute to outbound outreach while supporting Integrated Relationship Management to meet client needs.

You will work with branch teams to ensure compliance, continuous learning, and excellent service delivery in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with support as needed.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Participate in client outreach through outbound calls and assess client needs.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and training sessions.
• Advance product knowledge to serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; adjust workload by branch demands.
