Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone, with ability to tailor features of products to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training and regulatory obligations.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like mobile app, online banking, and ATMs to enable banking anywhere.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
