Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk and compliance.
• Must meet licensing requirements or obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
