Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Minnesota seeks a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality, build relationships, and guide clients through banking solutions using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will manage assigned clients, meet with them to understand needs, and tailor product recommendations with a consultative approach.

You will ensure compliance with policies and regulations, learn products quickly, and support clients through weekends and some evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone; tailor product benefits to client needs
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements required within 180 days of hire, including SIE, Series 6, state registration, and life licenses
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
