Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a Regular full-time Talent to provide timely client transactions and accurate record-keeping in a branch environment. You will engage clients with a friendly approach, guide them to digital self-service options, and support sales through outreach while maintaining strong IRM relationships.

Responsibilities include handling complex and standard transactions, cross-training for sales/service, and complying with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including client interaction.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
