Truist is seeking a teller/customer service professional to provide efficient client transactions and robust service. You will educate clients on digital banking tools, support team sales, and uphold risk controls while delivering accurate records and superior service.

The role involves cross-functional duties, training, and occasional travel to support staffing needs, with weekend and extended hours as required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboards and basic software (Office).

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and complex/standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
