Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while developing and expanding client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to partners.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and contribute to team sales processes.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve sales techniques.
