• Ability to communicate tactfully with internal and external customers.
• Proficient with internet user-level technology.
• Bilingual ability as needed by branch; assessment may determine proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and expand existing ones by proactively identifying opportunities.
• Play key role in Relationship Management and Sales Process activities and ensure risk controls.
• Reach out to clients to progress development plans after evaluations.
• Develop understanding of Business Banking products and services.
• Evaluate financing requests and submit loan packages when appropriate.
• Attend community networking events and build Centers of Influence relationships.
• Cross-sell retail products to business owners and coordinate with partners.
• Follow applicable compliance and internal controls; perform related duties as assigned.
