Qualifications

• Serve as the branch focal point for sales, service and referrals to meet branch goals.
• Profile customers for sales opportunities and schedule appointments.
• Identify customer financial needs and present appropriate product options in collaboration with internal partners.
• Proactively outreach to educate clients about value-added products and services.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and maintain regular contact to build trust.
• Adhere to compliance, audit, and risk controls and maintain the M&T Bank brand standards.
