Formación

• Minimum 2 years proven retail sales, call center, customer service or telesales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Notary license and bilingual ability are a plus depending on branch needs.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and present banking product options in collaboration with internal partners.
• Engage in relationship management, conduct outbound outreach and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Onboard new customers and maintain ongoing client engagement to add value to the relationship.
• Follow risk controls, KYC/CIP processes, and comply with regulatory standards.
