Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular or Temporary Client Services Associate in the United States (1st shift) to provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records. You will deliver superior service, identify financial needs, and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Responsibilities include educating clients on digital banking, assisting with new accounts, and adhering to internal controls and risk policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and/or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability with occasional travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand integrated relationship management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
