Santander US is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions with exceptional service.

You will actively cross-sell and educate clients on digital tools, collaborate with branch teams to hit sales targets, and contribute to branch growth while ensuring compliance and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

3+ years selling products and/or services in a performance-based environment.
12+ months in retail banking or financial services sales with proven results.
Proven Santander experience related to responsibilities is a plus.
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and digital tool usage.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships to understand client financial needs.
Proactively prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Meet customer financial needs including transactional and servicing activities.
Deliver personalized, seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
Educate customers on self-service digital tools and ensure regulatory compliance.
