Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education preferred.
• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services required.
• 6+ Months Retail Banking sales or related industry experience with proven success required.
• 6+ Months Santander experience related to the role required and endorsed by leadership.
• 6+ Months Customer service experience in a high-volume environment required.
• 6+ Months Cash handling experience required.”
• Strong relationship-building and customer loyalty skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence customers.”
• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office.
