Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to Chase technology solutions.
• Meet with branch clients in person or by phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies.
