Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker for a Chase Branch. You will represent the brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and technology to help clients meet financial needs and build lasting relationships.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, recommending products and services to address their goals. The role requires sales experience, exceptional communication, and strict adherence to risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
