JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality, deepen client relationships, and provide tailored financial solutions within a Chase Branch.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, guiding them to digital tools, and ensuring adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes customer service excellence and compliance in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients about banking solutions, connecting them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
