Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services via in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving using digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions, including spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Provide tailored recommendations based on customers' goals and financial plans.
• Introduce and educate customers about digital/mobile banking options and apps.
• Collaborate with partners across Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address complex needs.
