JPMorganChase in Michigan seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and client care in a Chase branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships using banking solutions and fintech to help address clients' financial needs and improve their lives.

You will learn products, comply with regulations, and collaborate with a team of experts to tailor recommendations for each client and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk, compliance, training requirements.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) optional path via licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and services quickly and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
