JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Michigan is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in our branch network. You will build and manage meaningful relationships, offer thoughtful financial solutions, and represent our brand with hospitality and integrity.

You will guide clients through banking solutions, learn products quickly, and collaborate with specialists to address complex needs. The role requires compliance with regulatory requirements and weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
