Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related field.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Must meet training and licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life license).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
