Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time Teller for the Durham, NC area. You will deliver a high-quality client experience through transactions, educating clients on digital banking, and supporting sales efforts with outbound outreach.

The role involves handling a range of banking activities, assisting with IRM initiatives, and serving as a secondary contact for new accounts while meeting branch demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through transactions and customer interactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions.
• Handle new account openings as secondary contact and resolve issues.
