Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Full-Time Teller/Client Service Associate in Raleigh, NC. You will handle client transactions, promote digital banking, and identify financial needs while delivering a superior client experience.

Key duties include outbound client outreach, cross-selling opportunities, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and teamwork within the Retail Community Bank environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required; weekends/extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or referring to branch teammates.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
