Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular full-time Teller role in the United States. You will provide a distinctive client experience, handling complex and standard transactions while driving a consultative service approach.

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver tailored Truist solutions. Responsibilities include engaging clients, promoting self-service options, and assisting with new accounts, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
