Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality, leverage banking solutions, and help clients achieve financial goals.

You will acquire, manage, and retain meaningful relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role requires licensing progress via the JPMorgan Chase licensing program and strong client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required; unlicensed must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• NMLS registration / SAFE Act compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
