Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with banking products and a proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, through referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educating customers on bank products and services and guiding them to appropriate channels.
• Promoting and educating customers on online and mobile banking tools.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies; adhering to security and regulatory requirements.
