Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-focused banking associate to deliver timely client transactions and excellent service at a branch location. You will guide customers through digital banking options and collaborate with teams to meet financial needs.

The role includes outbound outreach, assisting with sales and IRM activities, and participating in leadership routines. Flexibility for weekends and travel supports branch coverage and customer demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and branch automation software.
• Multi-tasking under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for tailored solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
