Job summary

The role emphasizes IRM engagement, adherence to controls, and ongoing product knowledge development, with occasional travel and weekend hours as needed to meet branch demands.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with basic PC software and banking systems.
• Experience with client relationship building or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate client transactions with thorough record-keeping.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.”
• Participate in branch routines and training to enhance knowledge and service quality.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
