You will provide high-quality customer service by accurately completing bank transactions and opening deposit accounts while identifying and recommending products and digital tools to meet clients' financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year banking or sales experience (6 months selling products).
• S.A.F.E Act registration via NMLS required.
• Notary Public designation possible.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Broad knowledge of bank products across lines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing general banking needs in a fast-paced branch environment.
• Proactively engage clients to understand financial needs and recommend products and digital solutions.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints within scope of authority.
• Maintain accurate client records and account information.
• Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.) and other non-monetary requests.
• Support branch operations, controls, and policy compliance.
• Lead and participate in sales and service activities to meet goals.
• Document client interactions and incentive plan activity.
