Job summary

Truist seeks an entry to mid-level Banking Associate to provide timely, accurate client transactions and exceptional service. You will assist with outbound calls, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales through referrals, while aligning with IRM initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller/service experience, and flexibility for occasional weekends and extended hours. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs; weekend/extended hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referrals to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training programs.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
